# Focus on building your energy without release.

The best thing you can do for your brain is to give it a break and allow it to soak up what’s around you.

You must have met a person who is quiet for like 75% of their time and are great listeners and thus listen to Understand and not to answer.

These types of people are disciplined outside but disciplined Inside too, they even have control on their subconscious mind. Nope they don’t meditate nor some of them do yoga But what they all have in common is the power of Self control and have mastered the idea to practice on their flaws than to glitter their fine points.

They have tremendous amount of energy inside them that they believe not to release because they opt to keep calm and evolve in themselves. Quiet People are too busy thinking to talk. The quietest are the ones inside their heads.

They are chronic over- thinkers. They may want to start a conversation, but they are too busy thinking about the conversation’s outcomes. They dissect every single factor in a conversation. Speaking doesn’t come easily, as they take it very seriously.
Well if you are thinking they may be shy
It’s also important to understand that introversion is different from shyness. Shyness is the fear of negative judgment, while introversion is simply the preference for less stimulation.

I am writing this blog understanding the every philosophical person filled with enormous amount of knowledge and experience in which one of them is the founder of Startups Club Vivek Srinivasan.. Their thoughts and opinions arrive from knowledge that has been meticulously collected and curated. When you listen, you become a better decision-maker.

So wait to release and keep collecting the energy in yourself and prosper. Good Luck.
